Guangdong Hengjian Investment Holdings Co., Ltd.
It is a wholly state-owned company established with the approval of the Guangdong Provincial Government and carried out by Guangdong SASAC as the investor. It is a major strategic investment platform of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and Government and a provincial state-owned capital operation company. Its main activities include capital operations, fund investment and equity management. On behalf of the Guangdong provincial government, it holds equity in a number of central enterprises, owns more than 30 wholly owned or holding enterprises, and has AAA domestic credit rating. At the end of June 2022, it had total assets of 383.2 billion yuan and net assets of 200 billion yuan, making it the provincial enterprise group with the largest net assets and the strongest capital strength in Guangdong Province.
